Terms are for the website groomi.co and the subscriptions and products that are offered on the website. By using the website or purchasing Groomi products on the website, you accept the terms and agree to be bound by them. 1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Groomi.co is part of Essentials Made Easy s.r.o. with address Revoluční 1403/28, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic (ID: 09491406). In this document the company will be referred to as Groomi.
2. EXECUTION OF ORDER
2.1. You can only buy products from Groomi if you are at least 18 years old. Groomi.co delivers to most of Europe and when calculating shipping you will always see more specific locations and prices for shipment.
2.2. Once you have placed an order through the website, our system will automatically confirm the order by sending you an email. The agreement between you and Groomi is only entered into (legally binding) when we in a new e-mail to you confirm that the product has been or will be sent to you. Groomi thus has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures or similar situations.
2.3. If you have signed up for a subscription agreement, this means that once per month, have products delivered to your address, or the nearest post office / parcel shop. Our subscription box will usually contain 6-8 different products all with a healthy and sustainable angle.
2.4. Other products ordered can either be added to the delivery of an upcoming subscription delivery and will also be able to be delivered to your address or the nearest post office / parcel shop.
2.5. We reserve the right to refrain from dealing with you without justification.
3.1. With the exception of obvious typographical errors, the prices and shipping costs stated on the website at all times apply. All prices include VAT.
3.2. The price for a Groomi subscription usually consists of a monthly subscription fee of DKK 26,99 Euro. The prices that apply to your subscription are stated in the purchase of a Groomi subscription.
3.3. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time. You are bound by the prices that appear on the website at the time you have subscribed to your Subscription. In the event of notification of price changes, you may within 14 days from the date on which the notice is sent notify Groomi that you do not accept such changed terms (the Groomi subscription will thus terminate immediately).
3.4 At times, there may be campaigns with offers for new members on their first box. This therefore does not apply to existing members or persons who have previously been a member.
4.1. By entering into your Groomi Subscription, you agree to pay the periodic subscription fee until the subscription is terminated.
4.2. The first subscription fee is paid immediately in connection with your order of the subscription, and subsequent monthly subscription fees are usually paid around the same day of each month. If your application for a Groomi subscription is not accepted (see section 2.5), no fee will be charged.
4.3. At groomi.co you can pay with a credit or debit card via Stripe (VISA, Mastercard). You agree that we may charge monthly subscription fees without further approval until you change your payment via your account on the Website, or by sending an email to email@example.com (plus reasonable time to change your form of payment ).
4.4. We reserve the right to make a credit check on you.
4.5. If you need to change (including delete or renew) your credit or debit card, you can make the changes to your payment via your account on the website or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (with the addition of a reasonable time for change of your form of payment).
4.6. Offers and discounts cannot be combined with existing discounts, discounted items or price promotions.
5.1. After subscribing, you will receive a Groomi box of products every month. An estimated delivery time is stated in the message you receive when ordering the Groomi box. This also applies to individual purchases of products on groomi.dk
5.2 As a starting point, the expected delivery time is 3 to 10 days days after order.
5.3 Groomi is responsible for the products until you have received them.
5.3. If a Groomi subscription product is sold out, we reserve the right not to deliver that Groomi product in the current calendar month. No subscription fee will be paid for the month in question.
6. TERMINATION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
6.1. You and Groomi may at any time, and without cause, terminate your subscription before the next payment. At Groomi.dk you can always see when the next payment will occur for your subscription agreements, just as you can postpone the next delivery or skip a delivery.
6.2. You unsubscribe from Groomi.co, after which you will receive a confirmation at the specified email address.
6.3. Please note that returning your Groomi box is not a valid termination method, and you will therefore be liable for both the Groomi box, the return shipping and new shipping shipping.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive a Groomi product. The cancellation period always includes at least seven working days.
7.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must, within 14 days of receiving the products, notify Groomi that you wish to cancel your purchase. You regret your purchase by writing to email@example.com where you will receive more information and where the goods are to be returned to. Costs for shipping returned goods are at your expense.
7.2.1 Upon return, you are responsible for the goods being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
7.3. You can only exercise your right of withdrawal if the condition of the Groomi products is unchanged. You will lose the right of withdrawal if you break the seal or seal on the products.
7.4. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Groomi will refund what you have paid for the Groomi products in accordance with our Return Policy (see section 8 below).
7.5. Information about your right of withdrawal also appears in our email that Groomi products have been or will be sent to you.
7.6 Condition of the item upon return
7.6.1 You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and the way it works. In the event of impairment, this purchase amount will be deducted.
7.6.2 When returning the purchased item in case of cancellation, you must pay the costs for this.
8.1. Upon return of a Groomi product to us, we will make a refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we have received the Groomi products return. We will refund the price of the Groomi product plus shipping costs. You bear the cost of returning the Groomi product to us.
8.2. If you return a Groomi product to us for other reasons (eg in the event of a defective product), we will investigate the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable time regarding your refund.
8.2.1. As a rule, we will refund money to you using the same payment method that you used for your original transaction.
8.3 When returning, you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, or a note with the following information: Full name, address and order number.
9. COMPLAINTS & COMPLAINTS RIGHT
9.1. If you want to complain, you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not find a solution, you can lodge your complaint on the European Commission’s joint complaints portal, which provides an opportunity to complain directly to companies in EU countries. 9.3 When you shop at groomi.co, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. Hereby you have the opportunity to have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back / discount in price, depending on your situation.
9.3.1 It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use or harmful behavior. We will refund your shipping costs if the complaint is justified.
9.4 You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect. If a complaint is made within 2 months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be timely.
10.1 In the case of a consumer purchase, our liability for the delivered Groomi products is regulated under the law of the Czech Republic.
11. RESERVATIONS & DISCLAIMER
11.1. Groomi is not responsible for any non-fulfillment or delay in the fulfillment of any of our obligations under a subscription caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
11.2. Force majeure includes any act, event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.
11.3. Our services in any subscription are deemed to be suspended during the period in which the force majeure event is taking place. Groomi will use our reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure incident to an end or to find a solution whereby our obligations under your subscription can be fulfilled.
11.4 Groomi.co also reserves the right to make tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors and sold-out items.
12. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
12.1. Groomi.co may contain links to websites operated by one of our partners, advertisers or affiliates or other third parties. We are not responsible for the content of these websites or the goods or services offered there.
13.1. Messages to us must be sent to email@example.com. Messages to you will be sent to the email address you provided on the website.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
14.1. Groomi owns all intellectual property rights in the website and all materials posted on it. Rights and materials are protected by copyright and all rights in this regard are reserved.
14.2. You may for personal use print a copy / download excerpt of pages on the website. You may not use our copyrighted material for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from Groomi.
14.3. By subscribing to a subscription, you give us an irrevocable right to quote from comments about Groomi, our products and / or subscriptions that you have listed on the website, blog or social media as well as to use quotes on our website, social media and via other marketing.
15. ADDITIONS AND CHANGES TO CONDITIONS
15.1. We may make additions or changes to these terms. You are bound by the conditions that apply at the time you sign up for a Groomi subscription, unless we notify you of changes to these terms and you do not notify us within 60 days from the date the email is sent. that you do not accept the amended terms.
16. LAW AND DISPUTES
16.1. These terms and your subscription must be interpreted and used in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic and shall be settled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
